We are looking for an experienced HSE professional to join our team and help shape our health and safety strategy. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to identify and mitigate health and safety risks, maintain a strong safety culture across all sites, and develop and implement effective health and safety policies.

About the Job

This role requires a strong background in rail or related engineering environments, with experience in Health and Safety and Environment. TechIOSH certification and auditing qualification/experience are also essential. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple sites and be able to influence and coach others to ensure a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the HSE strategy across the business.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture across all sites.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate health and safety risks.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
