Txm Recruit Ltd is seeking a talented HSE Lead to join our expanding Rail company in Staffordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's health, safety, and environmental culture.

As a HSE Lead, your responsibilities will include ensuring the company adheres to safety protocols, developing and implementing health and safety policies, and providing expert guidance to operational teams.
Responsibilities:- Producing risk assessments and safe systems of work for operational teams.
- Leading on occupational exposure monitoring and health surveillance initiatives.
- Developing and implementing HSE Audits and Assessment Plans.
- Designing and delivering HSE training programs.
- Coordinating safety committee meetings and promoting a positive safety culture.
- A minimum level 3 Health & Safety qualification e.g., NEBOSH National Certificate.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Expertise in rail safety regulations and standards.
- Demonstrable experience in policy development, communication, and implementation.
- Proven ability to train and coach others in health and safety best practices.
