Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to support our operational facilities and FM vendors in the EMEA region. This role requires a strong understanding of HSE standards and best practices to ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • HSE Support & Compliance: Oversee and monitor HSE standards within operational facilities, supporting FM vendors and maintaining statutory compliance across data centers in the EMEA region.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and foster relationships with campus and regional operations managers, ensuring alignment with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Audit & Reporting: Assist in EMEA-wide audits and ensure accurate HSE reporting and documentation to maintain compliance.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate HSE risks, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree-level Health and Safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in a similar role within facilities management, ideally with exposure to data centers.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of ISO standards and experience in audit processes.
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills with a proactive and approachable demeanor.
    • Strong collaborative and relationship-building abilities.

Working Arrangements:

  • Base Location: London, with an expectation to be onsite at our London facility daily and flexibility to travel across Europe as needed.
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm, with travel flexibility required.
