Group Reservations Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Group Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a Group Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of group reservations, including entry of confirmed bookings, preparation of proforma invoices, and ensuring timely deposits and prepayments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage group reservations, including entry of confirmed bookings and preparation of proforma invoices.
- Ensure timely deposits and prepayments from group clients.
- Support the Reservations Manager with day-to-day operations and deliver high levels of customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with new and current offers, packages, rates, and hotel information.
- Ensure rooming lists are received on time and entered accurately in Opera.
- Deal with calls and emails promptly and professionally, maintaining accurate administration for group bookings.
- Support team members with daily challenges and queries, ensuring efficient and courteous resolution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel reservations management.
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Positive can-do attitude, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident and engaging telephone manner.
- Flexible and reliable to work allocated shifts.
- Working knowledge of Opera or similar PMS.
