Reservations Supervisor Role Overview

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a skilled Reservations Supervisor to join our team at our UK Head Office. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, implementing reservations procedures, and supervising the reservations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Implement reservations procedures to ensure seamless operations
  • Supervise the reservations team to ensure they perform their duties correctly
  • Handle all group accommodation for London
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining open communications with clients and key accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a culture of enthusiasm and success
  • Previous experience in reservations and a drive to succeed
