Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Hospitality UK Ltd. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, implementing reservations procedures, and supervising the reservations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Implement reservations procedures
  • Supervise the reservations team
  • Handle all group accommodation for London
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining open communications with clients and key accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Leadership and team management skills
