Electrical Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Mech Electrics Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the electrical side of new build projects, with a focus on large-scale commercial developments.

About the Role

The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the electrical side of new build projects, including medical gas systems, air handling units, air conditioning, and intelligent lighting systems.
  • Working closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with a visiting Contracts Manager and a permanent on-site Mechanical Engineer to ensure a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, preferably on large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including medical gases, AHUs, AC, intelligent lighting, and water systems.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage project budgets effectively.
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
