Electrical Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our team on a high-profile pharmaceutical plant project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing electrical and mechanical systems, including medical gases, air handling units, and intelligent lighting systems.

About the Role

The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the electrical side of the project, working closely with the client and our team to ensure successful delivery. This role offers the potential for an extended working relationship, with the possibility of up to 10 years of work on the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the electrical side of the project, including medical gases, air handling units, and intelligent lighting systems
  • Work closely with the client and our team to ensure successful delivery
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with JCT contracts and industry standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, preferably on large-scale commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including medical gases, AHUs, AC, and intelligent lighting systems
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage project budgets effectively
