About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager for Scotland at Jellycat, you will be responsible for increasing sales and ensuring the brand is represented effectively in stores across the region.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with stockists, identifying new luxury target accounts, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure accurate branding and visual merchandising.

You will also be responsible for delivering go-to-market plans, presenting quarterly regional updates, and attending trade shows and supporting events.

Key Accountabilities
  • Managing a portfolio of independent stockists in the region
  • Working with the marketing team to ensure accurate branding and visual merchandising
  • Providing in-store training on products and brand
  • Launching, presenting, and selling new collections annually
  • Developing strong relationships with stockists
  • Identifying new luxury target stockists and securing new accounts
  • Presenting quarterly regional updates to line manager and Head of UK Sales
  • Attending UK trade shows and supporting events
About You

We are seeking an experienced and commercial Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury brand market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stockists.

Key requirements include a minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales management role, excellent Microsoft application skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

A passion for the Jellycat brand and our characters is essential, as is a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support.
