About the Role:

Hr Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (Nrs) is seeking an inspirational and motivational Training Manager to cover the southern region, Hertfordshire, Stevenage, St Albans for their corporate health and social care business.

Job Description:

  • A robust, recent experience as a training manager, managing a team of trainers across multiple sites, across a region, or nationally.
  • The role involves home-based Leadership Development covering Hertfordshire.
  • You will have comprehensive knowledge and experience in developing and facilitating learning and growth programmes within a large and complex organisational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilising your training/ L&D expertise to lead on organisational development company-wide projects.
  • Designing and facilitating high-quality learning resources, using appropriate technology to present a blended approach which delivers quality and value for money.
  • Applying all aspects of the training cycle and working consultatively with internal and external customers and providers.

Requirements:

  • A Training/ Teaching qualification, and ideally CIPD qualified.
  • Experience in leading and managing individuals and teams, coaching, and developing existing leaders.
