Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team at Remy Cointreau. As a key member of our Sales function, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the National Account Manager to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for our products on Amazon, aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage externally with various stakeholders to drive sales growth, optimize product visibility, and develop opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and e-Commerce content.
  • Product Management: Support NPD launches as part of the go-to-market process and conduct regular reviews to maintain best-in-class product display pages.
  • Financial Administration: Manage accurate and timely financial administration, including processing invoices, price queries, deductions, and audit claims.
  • Reporting: Own delivery of EPOS, Sell-in, Stock holding, and margin tracking reports, as well as promotional tracking, analysis, and evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience: Prior experience working on Amazon or other online customers.
  • Growth Mindset: A restlessness to seek out further growth and opportunities.
  • Networking: Demonstrable experience in developing and leveraging strong internal and external networks.
  • Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, preferably within FMCG.
  • Financial Acumen: Financially astute, able to interpret a P&L.
  • Education: Degree educated (or equivalent).
  • Microsoft Office: Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
