Support Worker for Young People with SEND

As a Support Worker for our Unique Youth After School Club and holiday scheme, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, fun, and supportive environment for young people aged 13-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who can demonstrate a person-centred approach to working with young people. Your ability to work effectively as part of a team and your commitment to ensuring the welfare and well-being of our young people are essential qualities required for this position.
You will be responsible for supporting our young people with their daily routines, including toileting and mealtimes, as required. You will also be involved in escorting duties on our transport from school and transporting home on some evenings.
This is a term-time contract, and the successful candidate will work 12 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday, from 3pm until 7pm. We offer a competitive salary of £26,456 per annum (pro rata) and a range of benefits designed to attract, develop, and reward our employees.
