- Regulatory Compliance: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of national standards to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for our service users.
- Collaboration: Work as part of a small yet highly experienced team, providing high-quality support to children and young people across the borough.
- Flexibility: Provide support in various settings, including schools, homes, and community locations, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Professional Development: Contribute to the development of our service, promoting independence and driving innovation in Special Educational Needs.
- A proven track record as a Habilitation Specialist or a qualified Rehabilitation Worker (with Foundation Degree in Rehabilitation Work, Vision Impairment) willing to undertake additional recognised qualifications.
- A good understanding of quality standards for Habilitation and the ability to communicate effectively with children, young people, families, and professionals.
- Experience working with children with vision impairment is highly desirable.
- A competitive salary range of £36,426 - £44,139 per annum, reflecting your valuable contribution to our service.
