An exciting opportunity has emerged for a senior nurse to assume a clinical leadership role within the Deaf CAMHS Inpatient service at Corner House, a specialist inpatient unit commissioned by NHSE with six beds catering to young people aged 11-18 years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and coordinating care for individuals with complex needs, their carers, and families, while supporting the ward manager and team in providing high-quality care. Additionally, they will facilitate the development of Band 5 nurses and new starters in progressing their clinical skills.
As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to fostering a positive learning environment through clinical appraisal and supervision, promoting evidence-based care, and encouraging collaborative working across organizations.
We offer a competitive salary of £43,041 - £57,173 per annum, depending on experience, alongside flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and a range of benefits to support your well-being and professional growth.
