Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to work with older adults who require specialist care and support, and to develop your clinical leadership skills in a fast-paced community setting.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based care and treatment to patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place. You will also have the opportunity to take on a leadership role, supporting the development of clinical governance and audit within the team.

Requirements
  • A recognised nursing qualification (Degree/Diploma) with current NMC registration
  • Significant experience working in a community psychiatric team or similar setting
  • Advanced clinical expertise in assessing and caring for older adults with complex mental health needs

In addition to a competitive salary of £54,320 - £60,981 per annum, we offer a range of benefits including access to training and development opportunities, a comprehensive induction programme, and a supportive team environment.
