Job Title: Senior Mental Health Nurse

About the Role:
In this challenging and rewarding role as a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs within various settings in Lancashire. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning for patients with mental health conditions
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure holistic care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support services
- Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to the development of best practices

Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- PMVA restraint training essential
- Valid NMC registration
