A dynamic Senior Staff Nurse opportunity has arisen at a leading private mental health hospital in South West London. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin, you will contribute to the provision of high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.

About the Role
  • Supervise and support a defined group of team members, promoting their overall development and contributing to their mandatory training and appraisal process.
  • Monitor and review Nursing Care plans to ensure effective patient outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, adhering to values-based and evidence-based practice principles.

The successful candidate will lead shifts, mentor student nurses, and support other team members in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent full-time position comes with an excellent salary range of £42,352 - £44,953 per annum.
