Senior Nurse Role in Adolescent Mental Health

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader in adolescent mental health. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of professionals providing high-quality care to children and young people with mental health conditions.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in coordinating and managing patient care, with a strong understanding of mental disorder, child development, and mental health law and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on nursing feedback in ward rounds and other professional meetings
- Take on the Primary Nurse role for individual young people
- Ensure the provision of excellent, evidence-based nursing care for the children, young people, and their families at all times
A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
