Mental Health Senior Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Senior Nurse to join our North Kent Community Rehabilitation Service as a key clinical leader. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the lives of individuals with complex mental health needs, ensuring they receive comprehensive, individualized treatment and recovery plans.
As a senior nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating care, communicating findings, influencing, and driving change. You will also promote health and best practices, patient safety, and experience within the multidisciplinary care team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community psychiatric nursing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. They will also possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislative frameworks, policies, and risk assessment principles.
Main Responsibilities- Assess, plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate care for individuals with complex mental health needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Influence and drive change to improve patient outcomes and experiences
