Job Title: Disability Services Manager Lead

The role of a Disability Services Manager Lead at Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd is to provide support to individuals with mental health needs. This involves developing and delivering bespoke support packages that cater to the unique requirements of each service user. The primary objective is to assist individuals in achieving stable lives and realizing their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop person-centred support plans for service users
- Deliver tailored support packages to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
