**About the Job:**

We're looking for a motivated Disability Services Assistant to join our Children's Disabilities services team in Sheffield.

This role offers a chance to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, making a positive impact on the lives of children and families with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Social Workers to identify and implement plans tailored to meet the needs of those supported.
  • Contribute to specific pieces of work aimed at delivering targeted support to children and their families.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in line with relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, young people, and families in a social care or similar setting.
  • A valid UK driving license to travel and visit clients as required.

Salary:** £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
