Midwife Core Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated midwife to join our core team at Maidstone Birth Centre. As a midwife in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to women and their families in a midwife-led setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide low-risk intrapartum care to women in a community setting
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in on-call shifts to provide 24/7 coverage
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with women and their families
- Contribute to the development and implementation of midwifery-led care initiatives
- Registered Midwife (RM) with current registration
- Sound knowledge of recent government and professional documents
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and ability to use electronic patient records
