About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated midwife to join our core team at Maidstone Birth Centre. As a midwife in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to women and their families in a midwife-led setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and their families in a midwife-led setting.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for women and their families.
- Participate in on-call shifts and be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and services provided.

Person Specification
We are looking for a midwife who has:
Registered Midwife (RM) qualification and eligibility to practice.Sound knowledge of recent Government and professional documents and their implications for service provision.Ability to work within acute and primary healthcare settings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
