We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Midwife to join our core team at Maidstone Birth Centre. As a Midwife in Maidstone Birth Centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality midwifery care to women and pregnant people.
About the Role
As a Midwife in Maidstone Birth Centre, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to our patients. You will be responsible for providing routine and complex midwifery care, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality midwifery care to women and pregnant people, including routine and complex care
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to patients
- Participate in on-call shifts to provide 24/7 coverage
- Develop and maintain skills and knowledge in midwifery practice

Person Specification
- Registered Midwife (RM) with current NMC registration
- Evidence of further study and development of professional and academic skills
- Previous experience in community and hospital settings, preferably in midwifery
