**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Handler to join our team on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of phone calls.

About the Job

As a Call Handler, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to queries, and resolving issues efficiently.

You will also perform administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • An Enhanced DBS check is required
  • You must be able to travel to the Waltham Forest site
  • Availability for a temporary role starting ASAP until the end of the year
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of £12 per hour + holiday pay, paid weekly every Friday.

Overtime is available, and you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment.
