**Job Overview**

We are recruiting a Call Handler to support a national company on a temporary project in the Waltham Forest area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a short-term contract to gain experience and build their skills in customer service and administration.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing back office and administration support, with a focus on speaking with service users over the phone.

About the Role

As a Call Handler, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, including data entry and transferring information from physical forms to a system.

You will also make and take up to 100 phone calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently.

Requirements

  • An Enhanced DBS check is required
  • You must be able to travel to the Waltham Forest site
  • Availability for a temporary role starting ASAP until the end of the year
  • Good computer skills and excellent telephone and communication skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of £12 per hour + holiday pay, paid weekly every Friday.

Overtime is available, and you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment.
