About the Role
As a Care Responder in Argyll, you will be an essential link in providing immediate support to individuals in urgent situations. Your role will involve conducting personal care, practical support, dynamic risk assessments, and proactive measures to prevent hospital admissions.

What We're Looking For

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive induction training, including the use of ELK Lifting Cushion, and enjoy benefits such as 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service (pro-rata), paid travel time, and additional mileage contributions.
