Support Practitioner for Dunoon and Cowal
We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Support Practitioner for Dunoon and Cowal. As a member of our team, you will play a vital part in providing immediate support to individuals in urgent situations, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
Job Description
- Conduct personal care and practical support
- Dynamic risk assessments and proactive measures to prevent hospital admissions
- Liaising with partner organizations for holistic care and wellbeing
Essential Requirements
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, remain calm under pressure, and welcome challenges as opportunities. A full driving license is also mandatory.
Remuneration and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive induction training, including the use of ELK Lifting Cushion, and enjoy benefits such as 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service (pro-rata), paid travel time, and additional mileage contributions.
