We are a leading social care and community development charity with a service in Dunoon & Cowal. Our Responder team provides immediate support in urgent situations, ensuring the well-being and safety of people in our community.

The Role of Support Practitioner Dunoon & Cowal

As a Support Practitioner Dunoon & Cowal (Responder), you will conduct personal care, practical support, dynamic risk assessments, and work proactively to prevent hospital admissions. You will liaise with partner organisations contributing to the holistic care and wellbeing of the people we support.

Requirements
  • Caring individuals who can remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
Benefits
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
  • 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service
  • Paid travel time and additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile
