Dunoon Community Support Worker

We are a leading social care and community development charity providing essential support services in Dunoon & Cowal.
Job DescriptionThe role of Support Practitioner Dunoon & Cowal involves conducting personal care, practical support, dynamic risk assessments, screening needs through effective communication, and working proactively to prevent hospital admissions. While you may be working independently, you won't be alone; our close-knit team offers support and ensures continuity of care for the people we support.
What We Offer- $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
- 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service
- Paid travel time and additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile
- £200 Recommend a Friend Scheme
- Fully funded SVQ qualification with support from a dedicated team
- Salary enhancements for waking night shifts, sleepovers, and oncall
- A Defined Contribution pension scheme with incremental employer contribution and credit union membership
