**Doing Amazing Things Together**
We’re all about possibilities. Are you?
And patience. Do you have patience and empathy?
Become a Support Worker.
What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.
You will be working in people’s homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. From making a cuppa on their own to finding their place in community, the people we support have their own goals to shoot for and milestones to reach - big or small. They may work, or volunteer, or keep active - or their sensory processing means they lead a quieter life.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
**Why Join Us?** What will we do?**
***
We provide a package of benefits that make it that bit easier to be your best and we can also support you to achieve a Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care and pursue a career that takes on more responsibility.
We offer Wagestream - a money management app that gives you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it, access to coaching, vouchers, discounts, cashback and more.
You will be entitled to annual leave with the ability to buy additional leave
Fully funded health cash plans giving you access to a 24 hour GP, money back on prescriptions, dental treatment, opticians and access to many more health benefits
**What will you do?**
Supporting people is really important but it’s not all trips out and artwork. We also support people to take their medication, make healthy lifestyle choices or maintain their home in a way they are safe and well.
It sounds exciting to say no two days will be the same, but in support, sometimes they are. Sometimes people like routine and struggle with changeBut when you support someone to try something new - what a feeling
We’re committed to being Disability Confident and we guarantee to interview all applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for the vacancy.
This advert may close early if the people we support find their new support worker or sufficient applicants are received
