About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at RSE Renal Treatment Centers - Southeast, LP. As a Renal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our outpatient dialysis center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
  • Work closely with our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
