About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist nutritional assessment and advice to patients with acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease stages 3-5, including those requiring renal replacement therapy and renal transplant. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care and participate in the training of student dietitians.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist nutritional assessment and advice to patients with acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease stages 3-5.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care.
- Participate in the training of student dietitians.
- Assist and support senior specialist dietitians and the Clinical Dietetic Manager in the day-to-day management of the department.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications and experience:
- BSc(Hons) Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent experience of working as a Dietitian within a healthcare setting.
- HCPC registration.
- Attendance on relevant specialist accredited post-graduate courses at post-graduate diploma level or equivalent.
