About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dietitian to join our Renal Dietetics team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. As a Dietitian, you will provide dietetic care to patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dietetic care to patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, including advice on nutrition support and therapeutic diets.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary care team to develop treatment plans that incorporate patient-centred goals.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and audit of patient care practices as part of Clinical Governance.
  • Contribute to the education and training of healthcare staff, patients, and care providers.

  • HCPC Registered Dietitian (or pending registration)
  • Experience of working in a renal dietetics setting (desirable)
