Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Account Manager to join our International team at MiQ. This role will involve managing client relationships, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client service to deliver consistent, reliable, and friendly service for all MiQ clients.
  • Ensure campaign operations are seamless and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Organize client entertainment and arrange face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients in their local language.
  • Pre-campaign QA of documents, project manage creative asset build, and manage creative tag trafficking.
  • Campaign activation, including requesting and delivering screengrabs, ensuring client reporting is setup, and monitoring pacing and performance.
  • End-of-campaign management, including delivering post-campaign reporting and insights, and re-booking of BAU activity.
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce) IO management, obtain PO details, and reconcile bookings.
  • Support client communication, including email, phone/video, and face-to-face, and deliver virtual/face-to-face presentations of MiQ campaign results and products.
Requirements
  • German language fluency (writing and speaking).
  • Minimum 2 years in an advertising/media agency (or similar).
  • Client facing and/or customer service experience.
  • Account Management/Client Services/Sales Support/Ad-Ops background.
  • International and German client experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to travel 4-8 times a year to Germany.
