Job Title: Wellness Business Development Manager
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as a Wellness Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships through tours, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective members.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field, and be able to think outside the box and be a self-starter with your own initiative. You will work closely with the fitness and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective members
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Provide a welcoming and informative experience for all potential and new members
- Handle inquiries, appointments, and follow-up calls in a professional and timely manner
- Manage the membership sign-up process, including completing contracts, entering data into the membership system, and processing payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and ensure confidentiality of member information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and tracking sales metrics
- Collaborate with the fitness and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members
- Participate in member retention activities, such as welcome calls, and satisfaction surveys, to enhance member engagement and loyalty
- Promote club programs, services, and events to current and prospective members

- Ability to work to deadlines and be KPI-driven
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
