Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth and development in our Mansfield office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading steel fabrication business, offering a competitive salary and commission structure, supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional development.
- The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated success in a sales role within the steel fabrication industry.
- A comprehensive understanding of steel fabrication processes, materials, and products.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- The ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Deliver expert guidance and advice on steel fabrication processes, materials, and products to clients.
- Work closely with production and project teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Create detailed quotations, proposals, and progress updates for clients and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary package including a basic salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus commission. You will also benefit from:
- 23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
