About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mansfield, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceed expectations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients through strategic planning and relationship building.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform client strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
