Job Title: Technical Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at SecureCloud+.

About the Role

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for supporting the Company's internal and customer training needs, including identifying requirements, creating and delivering training materials, and producing User Guides.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Training Needs Analysis workshops to identify the training audience and stakeholders, roles associated with the subject of the training, and training gap analysis.
  • Produce a Learning Specification for each course module detailing Training Objectives, Enabling Objectives, and Key Learning Points.
  • Develop training exercises and produce training content, including presentations, handouts, and other training material.
  • Deliver training to SecureCloud+ personnel and to Customers, and carry out post-training delivery assessment to ensure continual improvement.
  • Produce User Guides and Manuals, and produce Maintenance Guides.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Certificate in Education and Training
  • A working knowledge of the technologies used in the Company's product set, including VMWare, Dell Technologies, Networking, User Acceptance Testing, and MS Cloud.
  • ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certificate
  • Ability to establish and develop a new role within the organisation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to high levels of quality.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence when interacting with Customer personnel at all levels.
  • Ability to represent the Company when working at Customer sites.
  • Commitment to continually develop technical skills.
  • Initiative and proactiveness, matched by an ability to be a strong member of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexibly in response to changing organisational requirements.
Security Clearance

UKSV is required for this position. Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain SC clearance, with a view to obtaining UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance as required.
