As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading daily meetings with the Property Management team and coaching them to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). With a strong focus on compliance and risk management, you will ensure that our business adheres to the highest standards for all regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of property managers
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Coordinating with contractors for maintenance and repair issues
  • Deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests

We offer an attractive salary package, including a basic salary range of £32,500 to £43,000 per year, plus uncapped commission targets and a company car or monthly car allowance.
