About the Team

The Older People and Adult Community (OPAC) Administration Team is responsible for providing administrative support to the Older People Mental Health Team. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our team and take on a leadership role.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of administrators, ensuring the provision of a professional and competent service. This includes supervising a team of administrative staff, providing information and support to managers, and being responsible for organising and controlling own and others workload.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in senior secretarial/administrative position.
  • Demonstrate awareness of organisational policies and ability to translate into working practice.
  • Organising, attending and taking notes at senior level meetings.
  • Able to demonstrate a positive approach towards change and ability to lead staff.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.
