We are looking for a Property Management Manager to lead our Cambridge estate agency team and drive excellence in service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of property managers, leading daily meetings, and coaching them to achieve KPIs. You will also be expected to negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals, coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repair issues, and handle deposit returns and rental arrears.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as a property manager within residential lettings, a full UK driving licence, and strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation. We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary range of £32,500 to £43,000 per year, plus uncapped commission targets and a company car or monthly car allowance.
