As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand our commercial insurance portfolio
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing customized solutions
* Analyze client risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage limits to mitigate risks effectively
* Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance underwriters to secure competitive quotes and coverage options for clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
* Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice and solutions to clients

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or personal lines
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service to clients
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
* Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., CII) desirable but not essential
