Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

Cowell Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team in Worcester.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company that invests in its staff and provides continuous training and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs, and providing customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand our commercial insurance portfolio.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, analyzing their risk exposures and recommending appropriate insurance products and coverage limits.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance underwriters to secure competitive quotes and coverage options for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client enquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice and solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or personal lines.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
