Lolo, the newest restaurant from José Pizarro, is seeking a skilled Senior Bartender to join their team.

As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a high level of service standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience as a bartender in a similar operation, possess excellent communication skills, and have a professional and enthusiastic attitude.

Please note that we will run a seven-day operation, therefore we work on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to a high standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of service standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
