Ideal candidates should possess:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Bartender, you will:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support your General Manager and team members.
  • Ensure the bartending team adheres to company standards.
  • Lead by example for your team.
