Job Title: Senior Bartender

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Bartender to join our team at Lolo, a vibrant and lively restaurant in Bermondsey Street. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a high level of service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to a high standard
  • Manage the bar area, including inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Train and develop junior bartenders to ensure excellent service and product knowledge
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience as a bartender in a similar operation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines, with a passion for mixology
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
