What we seek:

Lead Bartenders are vital in guiding their teams through both routine and challenging situations. They are prepared to advance to General Manager roles within their own establishments.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Senior Bartender or Team Leader in a high-volume bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Bartender, your duties will include:
