About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bartender to join our team at The Standard London. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the beverage service and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the bar team in providing exceptional service and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory and maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all beverages.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative and delicious cocktails that complement our menu offerings.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, as well as mixology techniques and trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
