Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Leadership Professional to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a key business partner, you will provide in-depth financial analysis, strategic support, and decision-making insights to branch and divisional leadership.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with operations leaders, educating departments on cost drivers and variations to forecast. You will lead financial analysis efforts, collaborate with operations to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly financial targets are met, while continuously identifying improvement opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with operations leaders to understand issues impacting financial results, driving financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial Leadership: Lead financial analysis efforts, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly financial targets are met, while identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Identify, analyse, and interpret trends in complex data sets, supporting management in prioritising business and information needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and financial performance.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee financial inventory control processes, ensuring accurate valuation and financial impact assessment.
  • Strategic Planning: Track key KPIs and operational drivers, supporting both current and future financial planning.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A qualified accountant (or QBE) with 3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Proven experience managing daily P&L processes and conducting variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with SAP or similar financial systems.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects or contribute as an active team member.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, from resolution to root cause analysis.
Salary
